What to do when a food trigger attacks?!?! Please share your strategies!!
... I had to come up with one last night to deal with my *daily/excessive* natural peanut butter cravings (watch my video to see what I did, haha). Of course, PB is good in moderation, but I was having way too much of it lately!!
