I know it's been a long time since I've done a video blog post... I'm starting it up again for extra accountability (sorry if the lighting is kinda bad at my gym)! I'm going to be starting Valerie Waters' Action Hero Babe (AHB) dvd program. Let's see where these next 8 weeks will take me! Hope you enjoy my journey. :)
