Getting Back on Track!
Nobody's perfect, including me... As Val states, when will power fails, strategy must prevail! This is so true. Anyhow, in the video I'm just sharing a tip from one of the Biggest Loser winners... I've actually used it since Monday and things have been going great! Isn't it crazy how you can find motivation anywhere? :)
