A Day at the Office
So here I am at the office... Just showing you around. Again, planning is everything... so make sure you stock up on some healthy stuff at work (including emergency snacks)!
Also sharing a tip for increasing your water intake: just drink water at every meal/snack! It's as simple as that!

ReplyDeleteThanks Libby & MB... I find that if I don't have healthy options at work, I'm forced to order out food. Not always the best option when you're trying to eat clean.... Believe it or not, I find it easier to eat clean at work, than at home!
