Happy Valentine's Day!


I hope you have a Happy Valentine's Day!... Enjoy that special sweet treat with your honey! If not, go treat yourself!

This year I'll be indulging in a little cheesecake and chocolate covered strawberries. I'll even be going out to dine at a restaurant, but I'll try to stick to a serving of lean protein and veggies.

Anyhow, in the video I also show some Valentine donuts that I brought back from the office... Last year, I would've had a few bites from the cute looking donuts (no joke)! This year, I'm saying no!

P.S. Next year, I hope to treat myself (or get treated) to a nice massage! A sweet treat without the calories!! :)

  1. Hey Danielly!! Way to go on turning those donuts down! There is so much junk food hanging around my office as well (one co-worker has a two quart candy dish filled with peanut m&ms... unfortunately my favorite!). It's hard but it's so worth it and if I let myself eat it I can really tell and difference in how I feel. Bleh.

  2. Oh my gosh, Peanut M&M's are a HUGE trigger food for me too!! ...I'd pick M&M's over donuts any day of the week!

    Thanks! I enjoyed my little Valentine's day treat (and THEN some)! lol. Well, I'm back on track now and determined to make these last 3 weeks in the RCR Diamond coaching club count! :)
